Accepted payment methods

All major credit cards, Paypal, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact your post office immediately if package is damaged in anyway BEFORE removing the artwork. All of my shipments are sent 100% insured so a full refund will be given if art is damaged during shipping.

Buyer provides shipping (except when damage during shipment or listing error occurs), including notice of shipping return. When shipping a return, shipping insurance is required – and tracking and delivery confirmation provided. Upon receipt of the return, refund/merchandise credit given, less the cost of shipping.

All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders) at the discretion of the KULA Gallery manager. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipment. If your art arrives damaged, please send an email with photos of your damaged goods attached. Replacements will not be made for artwork damaged by the recipient.


accept almost all forms of payment. Please check “other” as form of payment if paying by cash. Paintings will be shipped when funds clear.

Note: You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use their service – you can just check out as a “Guest.”

Payments are due within four days for electronic payments and seven days for checks.

Additional policies and FAQs

The copyright for the paintings remains with the artist, even if the artwork is sold. The images and paintings cannot be copied for any reason.
